So you have an idea of what to expect, we’re sharing the process of initial quote through to delivery of your beautiful invitations and stationery. It really couldn’t be simpler!

Have a look around the website at our house designs. Our designs are all semi-customisable, meaning the colour choices, sizes and finishing details are all down to you.

Samples

If you want to see the range of paper colours we have, head over to our papers & finishes page. You can also purchase our invitation & paper samples pack so that you can see the colours and print in real life before committing. These are available to purchase over at the samples page – and if you do go ahead with us, the prices of the sample pack will be taken off your quote!

So you’ve had a look at our designs, maybe have ordered some samples and now want to know more… just contact us through our enquiry form or send us an email at hello@hayleyjade.co.uk. It really helps if you can give us as much information as possible – nothings too much! – so that we can give you an accurate and detailed quote.

If you’re happy with everything, and would like to book through us let us know and we’ll get you all booked in! We’ll send you an invoice for 50% of the price to get you booked in, with the remaining 50% due after the invitations designs have been approved and just before printing – this is usually a couple of weeks before the delivery date for your stationery.

Design & Print

Once you’re booked in, we can make a start on choosing your colour choices, as well as you sending over the information for me to add to your stationery and finalising a timeline, so you know when to expect everything. Most people send out their invitations around 6 months before the big day, so we’ll schedule the timeline so that you have your invitations ready to go for around this time. 
Once I’ve finalised the designs, I’ll send over pdf proofs for you to check over all the information, and most importantly, making sure all the spelling is correct – it’s a great idea to get a few pairs of eyes to look over them. If all good, you’ll then send over the written confirmation that everything is correct (this will be a pdf attached to the email with the proofs) and the remaining invoice will be sent and then it’s off to print! 
We print everything in house, so I can make sure everything is perfect. Once all printed, it’s down to assembling before finally heading out to you, for you to send out to your friends and family!
If you have chosen for us to do any on the day stationery, this will be printed and finalised around a month before your wedding day ensuring enough time for it all to be printed and sent to you.
